Tunnel-Type Industrial Washing System is designed for the continuous and automatic cleaning of high-volume parts in mass production lines.
Widely used in the automotive, foundry, and metal processing industries, this system effectively removes dirt, chips, oil, and chemical residues from parts. Thanks to its conveyor structure, components move seamlessly along the production line while the system automatically performs washing and drying processes.

Technical Specs
The system features a multi-stage washing structure that can be configured according to product requirements. Each module operates independently with its own circulation line and filtration system.
In general, the line consists of the following stages:
Pre-Washing: Removal of coarse dirt and chips from the part surface
Main Washing: Intensive cleaning supported by hot water and chemicals
Rinsing: Removal of chemical residues with clean water
Drying: Rapid drying using a high-flow blower or hot air system
Each stage is equipped with a dedicated pump and tank system.
Temperature and water levels are automatically controlled.
The number of modules can be increased according to customer requirements.
