Bu e-posta mesajı ve ekleri, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında kişisel veriler içerebilir. E-posta ve eklerinde yer alan kişisel veriler, yalnızca gönderim amacı doğrultusunda, bu amaçla sınırlı ve ölçülü şekilde kullanılmalıdır. Söz konusu kişisel veriler, ilgili mevzuatın izin verdiği durumlar haricinde; gönderim amacı dışında kullanılamaz, yetkisiz kişilerle paylaşılamaz, çoğaltılamaz veya üçüncü kişilere aktarılamaz.
Kişisel verilerin saklanmasını gerektiren hukuki veya meşru bir sebebin ortadan kalkması halinde, söz konusu verilerin yürürlükteki mevzuata uygun şekilde silinmesi, yok edilmesi veya anonim hale getirilmesi gerekmektedir. E-posta ve eklerinde bulunan kişisel verilerin yetkisiz erişime, kullanıma, açıklanmaya, değiştirilmesine veya kaybolmasına karşı korunması konusunda alıcı gerekli tedbirleri almakla sorumludur.
Bu e-postanın amaçlanan alıcısı değilseniz veya e-posta tarafınıza yanlışlıkla ulaşmışsa, mesajı ve tüm eklerini kullanmadan veya üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmadan derhal silmenizi ve durumu mümkün olan en kısa sürede gönderen kişiye bildirmenizi rica ederiz.
